COLLECTION OF INFORMATION - We will collect and use only information that is necessary for business purposes, as well as information that is needed to meet legal and regulatory requirements. INFORMATION ACCURACY - We strive to maintain accurate, current and complete account data for our customers. Should you find that your account information is inaccurate, incomplete or not current, please notify us immediately at 703-714-9595. We will correct any inaccurate information as soon as possible.
SHARING INFORMATION - We limit the use of our customers’ financial information to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide customer service, and offer new products, but only as lawfully permitted or required. As part of the regular course of doing business, we use many types of information available from public records, credit reports, and from the information you provide us directly. USA PATRIOT ACT DISCLOSURE - CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
In accordance with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, applicants opening new accounts or applying for any type of loan are requested to provide current government issued picture identification that verifies identity including name, address and other identifying information. (May be a State issued drivers license, State issued ID card, military ID card, passport, US Alien Registration card or other government issued card as appropriate).
In some cases, identification will be requested for current account holders if original documentation was not obtained with the opening of the account or at the time of loan application.
